Payment planning
Automation can generate commission and holding costs rapidly. Size the funding amount from tested drawdown plus margin/cost buffer, not the PA maximum. Keep withdrawal security separate from the EA host; an EA never needs payment credentials.
VPS boundary
A VPS can reduce dependence on a home connection, but does not guarantee fills, profit or recovery. Verify current PA eligibility, change the default VPS password and monitor the terminal/logs.
