Withdrawal workflow
- Open PA → Withdrawal.
- Review card-refund or priority notices.
- Select a method displayed for the account.
- Enter destination details exactly.
- Check currency, amount, fee and time.
- Confirm with the active security type.
- Save invoice ID and timeline.
Why a method can fail

No agent workaround
Do not pay a local intermediary to “unlock” a withdrawal and do not share OTP or PA credentials. A legitimate transaction is created in the authenticated PA and traced through its invoice.
Destination confirmation
After PA status becomes Done, check the actual bank/card/wallet destination. Retain both the Exness timeline and destination statement because they show different parts of the chain.
