What can change the time
Provider maintenance, ownership verification, incorrect details, card-refund priority, bank posting and additional review can change the observed duration. The company also reserves the right to change processing times and method availability.
Duplicate-request risk
Creating another request does not repair an existing Processing transaction and can complicate limits and reconciliation. Work from the original invoice unless official support instructs otherwise.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an Exness withdrawal take in Namibia?
Use the average-to-maximum range shown for your selected method in PA.
Is Processing a failed withdrawal?
No. It means the transaction is not yet complete.
PA says Done but money is absent. What next?
Check destination details and statement, then raise support from that invoice with evidence.
Should I use the average time as a deadline?
No. Compare against the displayed maximum before escalation.
