Safe setup
- Open PA through the official domain.
- Check account platform and server.
- Use the Trade/download option or official MetaQuotes route.
- Verify current build after installation.
- Log in with trading—not PA—credentials.
- Test demo order/history/reconnect.
- Access payments only through authenticated PA.
Version gate
Since 1 July 2025, Exness supports MT4 Build 1440 and MT5 Build 4755 or later; older versions cannot connect. Check Help → About rather than trusting an old installer file.

Namibia payment link
Installing a terminal does not enable a bank/card method. The registered profile, verification and provider state determine Deposit/Withdrawal tiles. Record account currency before funding because it cannot be changed.
