Namibia payment journey: Public lists cannot confirm what is enabled for one profile. Use the authenticated Personal Area (PA) as the live source for methods, limits, fees and processing estimates.

Upload workflow
- Complete personal/economic profile accurately.
- Open Profile → Verification.
- Choose the actual document type/country.
- Photograph in good light without crop/glare.
- Upload requested sides/pages once.
- Read the status/rejection reason.
- If no update after 24 hours, open Support Hub ticket.
Payment consequence
Payment transactions require verification, and some payment accounts need separate ownership confirmation. The name on a bank/card/payment account must match the Exness legal name. Verification does not authorize third-party funding.
