Six-module curriculum
Namibia payment journey: Public lists cannot confirm what is enabled for one profile. Use the authenticated Personal Area (PA) as the live source for methods, limits, fees and processing estimates.
| Module | Outcome | Exercise |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Security | Protect PA and security type | Recognize phishing and recovery route |
| 2 Verification | Prepare valid POI/POA | Document checklist |
| 3 Payments | Read method/time/fee/limits | Compare two live PA tiles |
| 4 Platform | Use demo orders/history | Reconnect drill |
| 5 Risk | Calculate exposure/loss/margin | One-symbol worksheet |
| 6 Withdrawal | Trace invoice to destination | Evidence packet |

Demo competency gate
| Skill | Pass |
|---|---|
| Login | Correct platform/account/server |
| Specification | Contract, volume and costs read correctly |
| Order | SL/TP and cash loss precomputed |
| Reconnect | No duplicate after uncertain confirmation |
| Journal | Ticket, plan and result recorded |
Source quality rule
Use the current Help Center and authenticated PA for operational facts. Use third-party pages to discover questions, never to override account-specific methods or official closure/product status. Date every volatile claim.
Live transition
Move from demo only when the user can calculate complete loss, follow daily limits, operate the real security method and explain the payment/withdrawal evidence chain. Start with an affordable test, not the maximum available balance.

Frequently asked questions
What should a Namibia beginner learn first?
Security, verification and how to read live payment fields before funding.
Is demo enough to prove profitability?
No. It tests workflow and rules but not every live execution/payment condition.
Should education recommend one payment method?
No. It should teach comparison of methods currently shown in the user’s PA.
When is live testing appropriate?
After explicit competency/risk gates, using an affordable amount.
