Minimum decision steps
Namibia payment journey: Public lists cannot confirm what is enabled for one profile. Use the authenticated Personal Area (PA) as the live source for methods, limits, fees and processing estimates.
| Step | Check | Pass |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Method displayed in Withdrawal | Currently available |
| 2 | Required priority/refund handled | Route eligible |
| 3 | Amount at or above displayed minimum | After conversion |
| 4 | Amount at or below max/free margin | Request feasible |
| 5 | Destination exact-name match | Ownership valid |
Avoid false universal numbers
An old article may quote a low USD minimum while your PA method is denominated differently or has changed. Use the value beside the method at the moment of submission and capture the confirmation.
Currency example method
Do not convert a web-posted minimum with a generic rate. Enter the planned amount in PA, review the transaction summary and record source, account and destination currencies. The executable route is what matters.
If the amount is below minimum
- Do not send it through an agent.
- Check another method currently displayed and eligible.
- Wait until an intended withdrawal reaches the minimum.
- Do not open unnecessary trades merely to change the balance.
Support evidence
If PA rejects an amount that appears within its shown range, save the method tile, entered amount/currency, exact error, account number (not password) and time. Open Get support from transaction history or Support Hub.
