Safe login sequence
- Type/bookmark the official Exness domain.
- Check HTTPS and exact hostname.
- Enter registered email and PA password.
- Review active sessions under Profile → Security.
- Open payments only inside PA.
- Never send OTP to a caller or “agent”.

Withdrawal timing after recovery
A security-type change through face scan disables withdrawals for 24 hours. Some other security-type changes can also trigger a restriction up to 24 hours. Do not interpret that control as a payment failure or pay anyone to remove it.

- Login link sent with urgency.
- Request for OTP, password or remote control.
- Payment to “verify/unlock” an account.
- Domain spelling differs from the official site.
- Promise to bypass verification or withdrawal priority.
