Document readiness
Prepare a valid government-issued photo identity document and a recent address document accepted by the on-screen route. POA must show the full name/address, match the profile country and generally be issued within the past six months. Follow the PA because regional document flows differ.
Currency and platform gate
- Choose MT4, MT5 or Exness platform only if offered and suitable.
- Select account type.
- Check supported account currencies.
- Estimate conversion from the intended bank/card currency.
- Remember currency is permanent for that trading account.

Security for future withdrawals
Choose a security type you can access reliably. Withdrawals require action confirmation. If a security type is reset through face scan, withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours; some other changes may also trigger up to 24 hours.
