01Start with the transaction
Namibia payment journey: Public lists cannot confirm what is enabled for one profile. Use the authenticated Personal Area (PA) as the live source for methods, limits, fees and processing estimates.
| Need | Open first | Record before continuing |
|---|
| Fund a trading account | PA → Deposit | Method, currency, min/max, fee, time |
| Withdraw available funds | PA → Withdrawal | Free margin, eligible method, priority/refund notice |
| Trace a payment | PA → Transaction history | Invoice ID, status, detailed timeline |
| Resolve a delay | Transaction → Get support | Evidence and maximum time already elapsed |
03Why a method list goes stale
Availability depends on registered region, verification status and the provider’s current availability. Maintenance can remove a method temporarily. A card or bank route mentioned in an old Namibia article is not evidence that it is enabled today.
04Currency decision
NAD is linked to ZAR at parity under Namibia’s monetary arrangement, but a payment provider or bank may still apply its own conversion route and charges. Exness account currency cannot be changed after creation. Compare the displayed payment currency, account currency and final confirmation before authorising.
